2018 Garmin 100K


The Garmin 100 is one of the most demanding endurance trail race in Hong Kong. The 100km course starts and finishes at School of Everyday Life, Tai Po in a clockwise direction. It covers Wilson Trail, MacLehose Trail, and some beautiful scenery routes in the Northeast New Territories, such as Lead Mine Pass, Grassy Hill, Needle Hill, Kam Shan, Shing Mun Reservoir, Lung Mun Country Trail, then reaches Hong Kong’s highest peak Tai Mo Shan. Runners pass Quartet Pavilion and run up and down plenty of hills, such as Ng Tung Chai, Tai To Yan, Lung Shan Kwai Tau Leng, Wu Kau Tang, Pat Sin Leng and Kau Lung Hang Shan to the finish at School of Everyday Life again. The tough course, with a cumulative elevation gain of over 6000 meters, is suitable for experienced runners who look for new challenges.

Lead Mine Pass → Golden Hill Road → Chuen Lung Forest Track → Tai Mo Shan → Ng Tung Chai → Fung Ying Seen Koon → San Uk Tsai → Bride's Pool Road (Junction of Wu Kau Tang Road) → Lai Chi Wo → Bride's Pool Road (Junction of Pak Sin Leng Nature Trail) → Hok Tau Reservoir → School of Everyday Life
