電力異常軟體更新辦法公告(修正軟體已發布)


近日針對部分錶款更新至 14.31/14.32 版本後出現異常耗電的情形,造成用戶不便我們對此深感抱歉,我們已正式發布「軟體版本14.36」排除異狀,您可透過以下方式進行升級:
 
軟體版本14.36已發布,當連上藍牙和 Wi-Fi 時,您的手錶會自動檢查更新。如有關閉自動更新設定的用戶,請開啟自動更新模式。如未收到軟體更新推播,請您至系統設定中手動檢查更新,幫助您找到最新軟體版本。如需使用電腦更新,請參考Garmin Express (Garmin.com.hk/express) 使用步驟。

提醒您:軟體更新前請先與 Garmin Connect 或 Garmin Express 進行資料同步。

Affected Power Consumption Software Update (Updated Software released)

For certain watch models updated to version 14.31/14.32, we have identified abnormal power consumption issues. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have officially released Software Version 14.36 to rectify these anomalies. Please update your software using the following methods:

To update to the latest Software Version 14.36 via your watch:

Your watch will automatically check for updates when it connects to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. 

For users who have disabled automatic update settings, please enable the automatic update mode. If you have not received a software update notification, please manually check for updates in your ‘System Settings' to help you locate the latest software version.

To update to the latest Software Version 14.36 via a computer:Please launch Garmin Express (Garmin.com.hk/express) for instructions.

Important notes: 

Before proceeding with the update, we suggest that you sync your data with Garmin Connect or Garmin Express.
